SenVy chỉ lưu những gì cần để ứng dụng chạy được. Không có bảng nào lưu dữ liệu để bán, để đối chiếu hồ sơ, hay để lập hồ sơ quảng cáo. SenVy stores only what the app needs to work. No table exists to sell data, to cross-reference you, or to build an advertising profile.

SenVy không kết nối tới ngân hàng của bạn. Chúng tôi không yêu cầu và không có khả năng lấy tài khoản, mật khẩu hay OTP ngân hàng. Mọi con số trong ứng dụng là do bạn tự nhập hoặc tự nhập khẩu từ tệp. SenVy never connects to your bank. We do not ask for and cannot obtain bank credentials or OTPs. Every figure in the app is one you entered yourself or imported from a file.
02Đăng nhập và Google OAuthSign-in and Google OAuth
Việc xác thực do Supabase Auth đảm nhiệm. Nếu bạn đăng nhập bằng email và mật khẩu, mật khẩu được băm ở phía Supabase — SenVy không bao giờ nhìn thấy mật khẩu gốc của bạn. Authentication is handled by Supabase Auth. If you sign in with an email and password, the password is hashed on Supabase’s side — SenVy never sees your plaintext password.
Nếu bạn chọn Đăng nhập bằng Google, chúng tôi nhận đúng ba thứ từ hồ sơ Google của bạn: địa chỉ email, tên hiển thị và ảnh đại diện. Chúng tôi không xin và không nhận quyền đọc Gmail, Danh bạ, Drive, Lịch hay bất kỳ dịch vụ nào khác của Google. Bạn có thể thu hồi quyền này bất cứ lúc nào trong phần Bảo mật của Tài khoản Google. If you choose Sign in with Google, we receive exactly three things from your Google profile: email address, display name and profile picture. We do not request or receive access to Gmail, Contacts, Drive, Calendar or any other Google service. You can revoke this at any time from the Security section of your Google Account.
Để chặn đăng ký tự động bằng máy, trang đăng nhập và đăng ký dùng Cloudflare Turnstile. Đây là giải pháp chống bot không dùng câu đố và không theo dõi bạn qua các trang web khác. To block automated sign-ups, the sign-in and sign-up pages use Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot check that shows no puzzles and does not track you across other sites.
03Thiết bị và phiên đăng nhậpDevices and sessions
Để bạn thấy được ai đang đăng nhập vào tài khoản mình và đăng xuất từ xa được, SenVy lưu với mỗi phiên: tên thiết bị, trình duyệt, hệ điều hành và thời điểm hoạt động cuối. So you can see who is signed in to your account and sign them out remotely, SenVy stores per session: device name, browser, operating system and last active time.
Địa chỉ IP được băm trước khi lưu. Cơ sở dữ liệu chỉ chứa một chuỗi băm, không chứa IP gốc. Chuỗi này đủ để nhận ra “vẫn thiết bị cũ” hay “một nơi lạ”, nhưng không dùng để lần ra vị trí của bạn. IP addresses are hashed before storage. The database holds a hash, not the raw IP. It is enough to tell “same device as before” from “somewhere new”, but not to trace where you are.
05Phân tích truy cậpAnalytics
SenVy không cài công cụ phân tích bên thứ ba nào. Không Google Analytics, không PostHog, không Mixpanel, không pixel theo dõi. Chúng tôi chỉ thấy số liệu tổng hợp mà Cloudflare cung cấp cho mọi trang web đặt trên nền tảng của họ: số lượt xem, quốc gia, loại thiết bị. Số liệu đó không gắn với danh tính của bạn. SenVy runs no third-party analytics. No Google Analytics, no PostHog, no Mixpanel, no tracking pixels. We see only the aggregate figures Cloudflare provides for any site hosted on it: page views, country, device type. None of it is tied to your identity.
06Nơi dữ liệu được lưuWhere your data lives
- Supabase (PostgreSQL) — toàn bộ tài khoản, giao dịch, ngân sách, mục tiêu và tệp bạn tải lên.Supabase (PostgreSQL) — all accounts, transactions, budgets, goals and any files you upload.
- Cloudflare Pages — chỉ chứa giao diện web tĩnh. Không có dữ liệu người dùng nào nằm ở đây.Cloudflare Pages — the static front-end only. No user data is stored here.
Hai nhà cung cấp này là bên xử lý dữ liệu thay chúng tôi. Họ vận hành máy chủ ở nhiều quốc gia, nên dữ liệu của bạn có thể được lưu và xử lý ngoài lãnh thổ Việt Nam. Both act as data processors on our behalf. They operate servers in multiple countries, so your data may be stored and processed outside Vietnam.
07Bảo mậtSecurity
- Row Level Security bật trên mọi bảng. Quy tắc được thực thi ở tầng cơ sở dữ liệu, không phải ở giao diện — nên kể cả khi ai đó gọi thẳng API, họ vẫn chỉ đọc được dữ liệu của chính họ.Row Level Security is enabled on every table. The rule is enforced in the database, not in the interface — so even a direct API call can only read that caller’s own rows.
- Mọi kết nối đi qua HTTPS/TLS.All traffic goes over HTTPS/TLS.
- Mật khẩu được băm, không bao giờ lưu dạng đọc được.Passwords are hashed, never stored in readable form.
- Địa chỉ IP băm trước khi lưu.IP addresses are hashed before storage.
Nói thật lòng: không hệ thống nào an toàn tuyệt đối. Chúng tôi không hứa điều đó. Điều chúng tôi hứa là nếu xảy ra sự cố ảnh hưởng tới dữ liệu của bạn, chúng tôi sẽ thông báo cho bạn. Plainly: no system is perfectly secure and we will not claim otherwise. What we do commit to is telling you if an incident affects your data.
08Lưu giữ và xoá dữ liệuRetention and deletion
Dữ liệu của bạn được giữ chừng nào tài khoản còn tồn tại. Bạn có thể xoá từng giao dịch, từng tài khoản, hoặc xoá toàn bộ tài khoản bất cứ lúc nào trong Cài đặt. Your data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete individual transactions, individual accounts, or your entire account at any time from Settings.
Khi bạn xoá tài khoản, dữ liệu được đánh dấu xoá ngay và bị xoá vĩnh viễn khỏi cơ sở dữ liệu sau 30 ngày. Khoảng đệm này để bạn đổi ý hoặc khôi phục sau một thao tác nhầm. Bản sao lưu định kỳ có thể còn giữ dữ liệu thêm một thời gian ngắn trước khi bị ghi đè theo chu kỳ. When you delete your account, the data is marked for deletion immediately and permanently removed from the database after 30 days. That window exists so you can change your mind or recover from a mistake. Routine backups may retain data slightly longer before they rotate.
09Quyền của bạnYour rights
- Xem — mọi dữ liệu của bạn đều hiển thị trong ứng dụng, không có phần ẩn.Access — everything we hold is visible in the app; there is no hidden portion.
- Mang đi — xuất toàn bộ ra CSV hoặc Excel bất cứ lúc nào.Portability — export everything to CSV or Excel whenever you want.
- Sửa — mọi bản ghi đều sửa hoặc xoá được.Correction — every record can be edited or removed.
- Xoá — xoá tài khoản là xoá thật, không phải vô hiệu hoá.Erasure — deleting your account really deletes it; it is not a deactivation.
10Trẻ emChildren
SenVy dành cho người từ 16 tuổi trở lên. Chúng tôi không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ nhỏ hơn. Nếu bạn là phụ huynh và phát hiện con mình đã tạo tài khoản, hãy viết cho chúng tôi và chúng tôi sẽ xoá. SenVy is for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger. If you are a parent and find that your child has created an account, write to us and we will delete it.
11Thay đổi chính sáchChanges to this policy
Khi có thay đổi đáng kể, chúng tôi cập nhật ngày ở đầu trang và thông báo trong ứng dụng. Chúng tôi sẽ không âm thầm mở rộng phạm vi thu thập dữ liệu rồi coi như bạn đã đồng ý. When something material changes we update the date at the top of this page and post a notice in the app. We will not quietly widen what we collect and treat your silence as consent.
